Biography
Dina Alami is one of the young Ambassadors of Fryshuset. Fryshuset is Sweden’s largest civil society organization for youth. Dina is a political scientist, and her passion for peace and security has grown out of personal experiences of growing up in a marginalized area of suburban Stockholm and witnessing the results of deadly violence and its effects on herself and her surrounding community. Now, she works to create meetings between youth and politicians and to build bridges between groups in Sweden that do not have natural points of encounter.
